To list tractors or farm equipment for sale, you must register for an account using a valid 10-digit mobile number and verify via OTP (One-Time Password). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all listings (including descriptions, prices, photos, and physical/GPS locations) are completely accurate, truthful, and lawful. Listings of stolen property, fraudulent listings, or duplicate spam postings will be terminated immediately.
Tractor Kharido Becho acts as a zero-broker peer-to-peer advertising portal. We are not brokers and are not involved in any actual transaction, negotiation, or payment exchange between buyers and sellers. Users are advised to inspect vehicles in person before making any advance payments.
In no event shall Tractor Kharido Becho, its developers, or owners be liable for any indirect, direct, special, or consequential damages resulting from transactions, negotiations, or physical visits arising from listed vehicles or components.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
